Initial Assessment with a Licensed Clinician
Every new client begins with an in-depth assessment by a licensed clinician, who gets to know your needs and goals, explains your options, and recommends the care that best fits you. The final choice is always yours.
Service Options After the Initial Assessment
Pay-Per-Session Services
- After your initial assessment, you schedule sessions as needed and pay per session. There are no contracts or long-term commitments.
- To maintain an ongoing counseling relationship, clients must be seen at least once every 8 weeks.
- Elevate Healthcare Group is a self-pay practice. You will receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges before your first session.
