Initial Assessment
All new clients begin with a one-time initial assessment. This visit helps us understand your needs and ensures you feel comfortable and confident that Elevate is the right fit for you. This step is required whether you choose a monthly subscription package or prefer to pay per session.
Service Options After the Initial Assessment
1. Monthly Subscription Packages
- If you opt for a subscription, you’ll enroll in one of our monthly plans tailored to your chosen services after the initial assessment.
- Our subscription plans operate on a month-to-month basis, so there’s no long-term commitment. You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, during which you’ll still have access to services.
2. Pay-Per-Session Services
- If you prefer to pay per session, you can schedule future sessions on an as-needed basis after your initial assessment.
- To maintain an ongoing therapeutic relationship, clients on a per-session basis must be seen at least once every 8 weeks.
